I know some of you may not care about this, but here it goes. Six Flags Great Adventure wants to close down Houdini's Great Escape (our vekoma madhouse) during the year, and make it a Fright Fest only attraction.This is a problem! SFGadv barely has any flats and this ride is enjoyed by many. Please join to save this ride. Here is a link to a facebook group where people are trying to save Houdini. PLEASE SAVE HOUDINI.

I joined the group a few days ago, I just never posted. It looked very cool from the outside, I just never got to ride it. :(

^You never rode it? Wow. It's fun and has a lot of theming inside. It is possibly the most themed ride in the park. The pre-show is so cool too!

So what is Houdini? A dark ride, motion simulator...?

^Vekoma madhouse. It's an opticial illusion ride where it looks like your spinning upside down in the room, but really yor sightly moving and the room is spinning. It's pretty sick. And it's a very good family ride, no a thrilling flat.

Ohh not my kinda ride...sounds cool though. I never realized it was an actual flat ride until now (thought it was a dark ride).
