I watched the video and i saw the floor panels under the track was busted lol. I mean the rides pretty old and never received a major renovation. Though i bet it wouldn't cost but about 150K to 400K to replace all the wood, track and get fin brakes at least but you might as well just do magnetic brakes to keep maintenance low and all.

Yeah, I dont think there doing to much to it though, they want to keep it like a classic I guess

If they were to replace all of the wood, why would Six Flags be buying this? It would make more sense to have GCI or someone else come in and make a clone of Little Dipper and put PTC trains on it.

Because nitro its a ACE coaster and it is in dire condition. Its rotting away and needs a major refurbishment. Why dont they just have GCI make a clone of Texas Giant? I mean i'm just saying. Replacing the wood is more cost effective and it keeps it in ACE status.
