So its now 2010! Welcome to the new decade and a new year of SFKK Online. Thanks for sticking it out over the past few months as we keep building our site until its a presentable site for the masses. This update will give you an idea of what will happen in 2010 and some updates that we haven't mentioned since our last update.

So lets begin:

Copyrights

We have gotten the permission from vbulletin to have the copyrights at the bottom removed. Instead of showing all of the wording about the version of vbulletin and etc it is now blank which means there's less to load, and makes loading slightly quicker but will mostly be noticed by mobile users.

Park/Trip Index

I know I have said this is coming and I'm sorry for the long delays but i have the base hub built now and the rest will come together soon. Heres what i got so far. Not much but its the easiest part, the rest i have to make individual pages for each park so its still easy just a pain to do.

Navigation

I mentioned this before and I don't think its a problem but I'm just wondering who all thinks this is much better then before?

Aerial Pictures

I will soon start posting some aerial pictures of the park and back lot so you all can see the condition of the northwest territory from before the park opened in 2009. Plus you can see quake, great race and some other parts of the park that have since been removed or stored.

What to look forward to in 2010!

In 2010 I am very excited for the site. Its going to be our first full year of operation and will be overall a great year. This is what we plan to bring to the table this year:

Google adsense. This turns the site into a money making site which will help bring in members off of Google and also help pay for the web hosting fees.
Start semi-heavy advertisement in the spring. I have $395 of free ad credits on google, Facebook and more. This will help get the site out there and help bring members in.
The park index, as stated above. Initial completion expected by the end of the week, or next Wednesday.
A Live radio. This is a possibility at this point and could show up soon or not. It just all depends.
Renovating the Site to make it easier and much more useful
Helping SFKK in any way we can.
Other stuff that could prove a nice addition to the site.

Tell us what you would like to see this year on the site, we would love to hear from you.

I'm liking the way that park index is looking, although dominated by "S" haha.

Lol yeah. Im working on determining how to add the links in html form instead of bb code form so that it wont open the new page in a new tab/window. Once I get the code right and finish the index, ill swap the bb code on the other pages for html so that browsing is more streaming lol.

Ive also put thought into creating a new section in the forums for a clan im working on for call of duty and others. t would be entirely hidden, like the staff area so you would have to add the group membership to view and post in it. So thats another thing i left out on accident lol.
