Sfne 8/3/09

SFNE, This park was pretty nice, I found it to be pretty beautiful and I love Lift hills next to body's of water! Plus they have a nicer selection of flats and don't forget about Superman : Ride of Steel! Well i guess Bizarro now.

Well I cant compare Bizarro to S:ROS because I've never been on S:ROS, but I can for sure tell you that Bizarro is great!! The Audio worked much better here then at SFGAd, Plus the flame Is a tad bit better here also, but still kinda weak. You can feel the flame from the station which is cool, and the new paint looks great! One thing I noticed is that where the mist is in the tunnels the paint is already chipping off, that could turn out to be a problem later down the road. Anyway this baby sure delivers a nice dosage of airtime all over the place!

Some people say that Bizarro is better in the back seat, but I kinda preferred it in the front car, either way its great anywhere you sit! Thanks to the gold flash pass I got 15 Rides on Bizarro! Also the B&M fan inside of me thought that their floorless batman was absolutely great, but i love like every B&M so you never know.

Both of there woodies pretty much sucked, and there was nothing else really special coaster wise, but I will say that this is my favorite SLC I even kinda enjoyed my ride on it! The Boomerang was horrible though.

Bizarro: 15 times!

I remember when i went to SFNE. I was younger though. I couldn't do Bizarro, or Batman, or anything but smaller rides.

Now, i never knew the audio box was in the middle of the ride. Well Bizarro at SFGADV's is in the back row, inbetween the two seats. Well you , bobbin, know that, you had the trip to GADV.

3 parks is nothing compared to my summer of 2008! Nothing will ever beat that year. 14 parks! I actually had 9 parks this year, and it felt like an off year.

No, they have them in various places in the park, but it was just weird to see them all next to each other like that so I took a picture of it!

In that year, we did a tour of Six Flags parks. We got Six Flags season passes for $40 at SFKK and drove to California and hit 8 parks. It was a tour the country road trip that my parents wanted to take and we visited family along the way. We are very low budget with theme parks, so we probably never spent more than $100 a person at Six Flags (including the passes). We would eat outside of the parks and we have lots of points at hotels, so most hotels were free.

The other 6 parks were on my band trip when we went to Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach, and Typhoon Lagoon. That trip cost about $500, which isn't that bad for Disney.

^ That sounds about what I was assuming, price-wise. But it sounded like a well rounded family trip you guys went on, for instance. The price is kinda built into a thing like that anyways. I think it's a lot more reasonable to have other things on the agenda like you guys did than it would be to just go on a big crazy trip and hit 14 parks and not do anything else. I know there are people that do it. I dunno. I have a mortgage and a 6 year old and a wife, and a full time job that doesn't pay all that well. I don't think I'll ever see a crazy coaster trip like that.:(
