Woo! we're almost at our two month anniversary! Its hard to believe that just 2 months ago nearly that we launched the website. Even though our member growth has slowed down, I think we are doing very great. Come next year we should see a big jump in members. Well now its time for the part that you all are looking forward to!
Past Events:
Animated banner:
This past week we launched our new animated banner. With the feedback we recieved we decided to switch the banner from the test skin we had it on to the main default skin. We did not get rid of the old default banner though, it is now just in the second skin. Kudos goes to Seren for making one of her best pieces yet!
Twitter:
Thanks to Nitro's efforts this past week, we now have a fully functional Twitter account, which we update from time to time, until we get it synced with our facebook page, which will allow us to update twitter from facebook. This is a big achievement we wanted to get, leaving only One social networking site left to use, which we will be working on this week.

Myspace:
As I said above in the twitter column, we now have a foothold on Two of the Three major social networking sites. Leaving only Myspace. I've been working on this one personally and we hope to have this one released publicly by labor day. It will launch with a group page and Profile by the way.
Triple Flags Challenge:
As I announced earlier this week, we have now 4 spots in this tournament. The participants are as follows:
Tigarace81 - I will not accept an award.

We will begin our first round following this newsletter. We however can not begin the games until all four participants have joined the first mini tournament. The game will be randomly selected. Good luck!
Staff Bio's:
This was another of our projects we have been working on this week. This is all just for you guys. I hope this helps build unity among the site. Which is the goal of this. I will be releasing this page very soon.

Reorganization!:
This is probably one the things you might not have noticed. Earlier this week, for those who notice the small stuff, I reorganized the site navigation box on the homepage, adding in links for staff bios, quizzes and grouped stuff together better so there would be less confusion.
Podcast:
Its been awhile since we last updated you guys on the progress of this program. Well come labor day you guys might be listening to our first podcast, if all goes to plan. We need someone to take notes from each podcast so if you would like to fill this position, please send us a application in from the contact us link at the bottom of the page. You will be a honorary staff member.
Trivia:
Nitrofan has started a trivia quiz for every week, but has been very disappointed with the participation so far. You can check out the question in the Contest section of the forums. Please make sure to PM him the answer and not write it in the thread. It is a great chance to win a site award if you only have the Founder award right now!
If you have any suggestions on future site improvements, changes etc. please let us know. Your ideas and opinions are valued here, and we will do whatever it takes to make sure everyone enjoys their time here at Kentucky Kingdom Online!
