There is a function on your computer that you can use to take a virtual picture of your screen, then you can share it with people. He wants you to take a screenshot of the email, then post it here as proof.

I'll try to explain it,but as AcquaZ said, you probably won't read or understand it.

On a Mac; Command + Shift + 3: Takes a screenshot of the entire screen, and saves the image to your desktop.

On Windows XP, Vista, or 7; Press Prnt Scrn, above the F10 or F11 key.

@CSMOfficial: Save the image in paint or whatever, go to a photo uploading site (photobucket, etc.), upload it, and take the direct url. I go to tinyurl after that just to make the link shorter, but you don't have to. After that, click on 'Insert Image' when you post a message and put the URL.

Well an E Machine doesnt have paint I checked then I tryed putting a link to the email and that did work

on that note, how do u upload a picture to the forum?

Go to your profile page. Click albums. There will be a link that says "upload photos". Click that link, then find the file where your picture is stored on your computer, and upload it from there. Once it is on the site, right click on the picture. Click properties. Copy the URL. Then make a new post wherever in the forums you want to post the picture. Click the picture button. Paste the code that you copied earlier into that box.

I know it sounds tricky, but it's not hard once you've done it a few times. If you still need help, send me a PM and I'll walk you through it further. That goes for everyone. If anyone ever needs technical help on the site, feel free to PM any staff member and they will help you.

If you google "Download Paint" you can download the program to your computer for free.
