Re-Revised Rules.

We have now revised our rules and gotten rid of a few rules, but none were added. We feel this does not compromise the sites safety and this should be a welcome to many of you

Edit: I removed another rule that I missed. I also added a new rule. This now rounds out all rule revisions.

There should probably be a rule regarding correct usage of spelling, grammar, and punctuation...for organization purposes.

Also, the rule about "English Only" isn't necessary. Not trying to overstep my bounds, but the way that rule was stated came off a bit strange to me.

Oh yea lol i forgot about that one. I let someone else get the rules made and i havent really had time to review them. I'll go remove now, nad add the one in about Proper posting and etc.

Ok the english only rule is now removed, and i added the proper posting guidelines rule. Thanks for catching it dbru
