First is the Date. Right now the only dates I can do is June June 17th-19th with the 18th visiting the park. Other then that the only time I can go is weekends in August.

First- I need to know would a Flash Pass be worth it if I got one while there

Second-What are good yet reasonable priced hotels? And what is the age limit to rent a hotel room in the area's hotels? (me and my friend are trying to go alone but he is only 20, So im trying to figure out if my dad needs to go too)

And probably more questions but will figure them out on a later date....

I went there around that time last year and a flash pass wasn't really needed.

What I did was I hit up all the low capacity rides at opening (Thunderbolt, Pandemonium, Flashback, Cyclone, and Great Chase) so that I could have the rest of the day to spend with Bizarro, with a quick detour to get Catwoman's Whip, Mind Eraser, and Batman. It worked pretty well because, although I had to wait at least 30 minutes for Bizarro every time I rode it, I assume the other low capacity rides would have gotten long lines as well and it's not even worth it for them. Overall, I got a good amount of rides on Bizarro in, and I left at about 5.

Definitely don't bother with a flash pass-especially if you'll be there from open to close- I've never been there on a day when it was necessary to get one. Timing is important- ride the low capacity rides early in the day (before the crowds hit their peak), midday (1-3 ish- when lots of people are taking lunch breaks), and late in the day, when crowds are shrinking. Changsucks is full of good advice here.

Does anyone know anything about the hotels nearby and the age limit to rent a hotel room? I know last year I did get Flash Pass for SFGAdv and it was usefull. And we thought it was a good idea. We got the normal flash pass and used the time after we checked into a ride we reserved another one and by the time we got off of the ride we were at the next ride was ready or almost ready. So we waited in line for a ride on a ride lol!

That time of year is pretty slow so a flash pass is not needed. hitting the lower capacity rides is a good move. if your at the park early enough at at the head of the pack go ahead and hit bizzaro at the rope drop. Don't skip out on flats if you have the time and if it's warm enough hit Blizzard River(amazing rapids ride).

Hotels - I believe you have to be 18 to rent a hotel room. so 20 should be fine. all the closest hotels are in Springfield. Prices are OK from what I have heard. never had to stay in the area.

I'm not sure if you have a Six Flags Season Pass, but it you don't, check the Lodging tab under the Six Flags website. They usually have some pretty good deals where park tickets are included with your room. I've gotten some good deals that way before.
